I would use cooking sherry in Chicken Marsala because of its lovely flavor.

Marsala is marsala. A fortified wine. Go out and ask for it.
There are two types, Dry and Sweet.
Buy the sweet one.

Marsala

I have a recipe for Chicken Marsala that I want to try, however I have never cooked with wine before and am not sure what to look for. Is there a specific brand that anyone would suggest? It calls for sweet marsala wine if that helps any. Thank you.
