Hello Kraft Community, we are very excited to share some great news with you. As loyal Kraft Community members we have heard your desire to do more fun things in the community and we are happy to announce in January 2010 we will be making some changes so you can connect and share food ideas in more ways than ever!
We want to let you know we will not be transferring the existing discussions to the new enhanced message boards so if there are discussions that you would like to save please make sure to either print them or copy and paste into a document that you can save to your personal files.

Oh My!
I heard a commercial on the radio tonight that said some product would remove stuff that clogged my intestines like "spackle!"
Claimed I would lose weight....
I cannot imagine what shedding "internal debris" is like!

I hope the original poster comes back and reads this thread. It's not normal or healthy to have bowel movements less than once a week.
Like I said, I'm very regular and feel great, plus I've lost 15 pounds of gunk from my colon.
The only problem with being so regular is that my system is very insistant that I eliminate. So sometimes I have to excuse myself from meetings at work.
I also had a disaster when my evening commute home was seriously delayed by an accident. I ended up having my own! How I wish we hadn't upgraded from vinyl to cloth seats ....

Obviously you've never undergone a "prep" for a colonoscopy... What you are seeing in undigested food. Not what normally progresses through your colon with proper digestion.
That stuff you are taking is likely causing you to loose precious fluid, vitamins and minerals. If you insist on taking it long term and wasting your money- at least have your doctor do periodic blood work to make sure you are not doing any serious damage. (Of course anything you take long term that mechanically alters your elimination- besides fiber- puts you at risk for serious side effects.)
