Hello Kraft Community, we are very excited to share some great news with you. As loyal Kraft Community members we have heard your desire to do more fun things in the community and we are happy to announce in January 2010 we will be making some changes so you can connect and share food ideas in more ways than ever!
We want to let you know we will not be transferring the existing discussions to the new enhanced message boards so if there are discussions that you would like to save please make sure to either print them or copy and paste into a document that you can save to your personal files.
We will remind you again before the transition occurs but wanted to let you in on the exciting news!!

Chuck, I've grown mache but I've never seen a salad mix in the store that featured mache. Where do you find yours?

Ingredients
Salad:
4 ounce(s) mâche salad mix 1 small head Belgian endive, cut into strips 1 cup(s) diced plum or cherry tomatoes 1/3 cup(s) thinly sliced red onion 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt 1/4 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper 2 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinaigrette Turkey:
4 (4-ounce) turkey breast cutlets, pounded thin 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt 1/4 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper 1/2 cup(s) plain dry bread crumbs 1/2 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese Flour, for dredging 1 large egg, beaten 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
Directions
Prepare the Salad: In a medium bowl, toss all ingredients except vinaigrette; set aside. Prepare the Turkey: Sprinkle cutlets with salt and pepper. In a pie plate, combine bread crumbs and cheese.
