After I read this; Let's face it, when it comes to pizza - no one ever drools over the crust. That's why our expert chefs chose delicious Kraft Natural Cheese as the key ingredient for their mouth-watering pizza recipes. It makes sense! Kraft has been making the best cheese for nearly 100 years. Check out these step-by-step videos and browse through other chef-selected recipes where the cheese is everything. Michele McAdoo Kraft Kitchens Not everyone has high speed internet and a high speed modem to watch these step-by-step videos, then it wants you to install a flash player to continue. I guess their expert chefs that chose delicious Kraft Natural Cheese as the key ingredient just don't want to reach out to the masses, type it, use jpeg pictures so that the other's also will enjoy. Then they wounder why there product's are not selling better then store brands. Even other brand's to. And they call this good marketing ?. I call it hogwash.

What Is The Definition of "Real Kraft Cheese"?

First it was guacamole with hardly any avocado in it. Then, Capri-Sun's "All Natural" label came under-fire. Now it looks like "Real Kraft Cheese" isn't so "real" after all. From Crain's:

These products get their flavor from natural and synthetic ingredients that add up to processed cheese made in a laboratory, not on a dairy farm Kraft, like many food makers, often walks a fine line with its marketing, testing the limits of federal labeling regulations that are often vague or confusing. Nowhere is that confusion more evident than on products containing Kraft's signature food: cheese Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Three Cheese lists no varieties of cheese among its ingredients (a Kraft spokeswoman says the three cheeses are a processed cheddar blend, Monterey Jack and blue cheese), although it does list cheese culture, milk and sodium tripolyphosphate. Many products with the "Real Kraft Cheese" logo, like Easy Cheese, Oscar Mayer Cheesiest Cheese Dogs and Cheez Whiz dip, don't list any natural cheese as an ingredient." Perhaps this is why they did it this way?.

Kraft Frozen Pizzas Recalled in 17 States

Time to check the freezer. Kraft, Jack's Original, Sausage & Pepperoni Pizza, Made with Pork, Chicken & Beef is being recalled because it might contain "a soy protein allergen." In other words, Kraft needs to warn carnivores that they may be eating soy. The offending pizzas may or may not bear a "Tombstone Original 12 Pepperoni Pizza" label on the back but do NOT have a "Jack's" label on back. So if your box says Jack's on back, your pizza is safe. The U.S. Department of Agriculture says the health risk is low and has not gotten any reports of adverse reactions.
