I watched Jamie Leigh Curtis for months and just kept wondering.... could she mean me? Could it help me? She finally convinced me to do it and I have to admit.... I've never been a yogurt fan so I thought I would gag and choke.... it was very good. I love the peach and the strawberry. But, the good news is that it has helped me so much. I am a true believer......... Thanks Jamie Leigh for looking me right in the eye for so long until I finally caught on.

I tried to eat that stuff for a week but 3 days into it I had to wear adult diapers at work. So I quit.

Popozao, They didn't pay me anything:^O. and I think it's "great" and it dose work. But i didn't think to eat tewo a day. If I need it again, I'll try it that way. And since we eat out a lot, i'll most likely need to use it again. granna

Nothing. But in full disclosure, I did do an educational seminar where they gave me a $25 gift certificate towards any Elsevier product. I was already using the product before that though. The two/day recommendation is only b/c that was the amount used during their clinical studies. You may not see the benefits that they tout on their packaging if you use less.

How much did Dannon pay you to say that? I especially liked this part:

>But it does taste
> darn good. For full benefits, be sure to eat 2
> containers per day.

Activa just contains a specific live active bacteria that is know to help with GI function (primarily motility). It just helps your body to break down food and have it move more easily through your system. It shouldn't create an increased need to you a bathroom. If you experienced that- you may have a sensitivity or intolerance to one of the ingredients (or to something else you were consuming at that time). Activa is especially beneficial when taking antibiotics which can destroy the normal flora of the small intestines. (And thus preventing the need to rush to the bathroom!) It doesn't work on all types of motility disorders, however. But it does taste darn good. For full benefits, be sure to eat 2 containers per day.

Yes I did and it worked, for a short time. We eat out a lot, do to our life style, and I have stomic problems, so yes I tried it and yes it worked. No, i didn't have to stay close to the bathroom,:| Granna

But how can you do that without wheeling around a port-a-potty?

Their's an easier way and it's faster too. Buy a box of Fiber One bars they're like cereal bars and they're really good. Eat three of them and you'll be "done" much faster then the 2 week activia challenge. Have fun!

That sounds like too much work to do. Does it involve math?

My goodness. I guess it's always good to be clean. You never know who you are going to meet. I'm glad it worked for you.

You eat a lot of special yogurt and stay close to the bathroom for 2 weeks. Then you are cleaned out.
