I'm with you on this one, Frank. Also like to dip bell pepper & cucumber in ranch dressing. Makes an excellent afternoon snack. (now I'm hungery for this)

And the butter should go all the way to the edges of the toast. What's the point in just buttering one square inch in the middle like they do at so many diners?

Actually, a lesson on buttering toast might be more useful. I hate when I get a piece of buttered toast that is torn or is not buttered evenly. The trick is to use softened butter. Hard butter will tear the toast and not spread evenly.

PEEL, SLICE DOWN THE MIDDLE, AND QUARTER., YOU MAY HAVE TO CUT AGAIN DEPENDING HOW LARGE YOUR CARROT IS...HA!! NOT ROCKET SCIENCE .VERY EASY TO DO AND CHEAPER.
