If you have noodles, cream of soup (mushroom, celery, chicken) and some kind of meat (tuna, canned chicken are quick & easy), a vegetable....mix them all and you have a casserole. Totally easy, my kids love it!
Any advice for a kid who doesn't like the cream soups, noodels or rice, tuna and cannded chicken?

my 2yr. old is very picky but her and her daddy love this quik and simple tuna or chicken casserole . we use 1 box of macaroni and cheese , 1 can of tuna or chicken, 1 can of cream of mushroom or chicken, and 1 can of peas or any vegtable you like. I have also used mixed veggies . all you need to do is cook the macaroni and drain then put your soup in the pan and mix in all the other ingredients along with the pasta and add the packet of cheese that comes with the macaroni and mix it all together and heat it up a little till its warm if you need to you can add a little bit of milk I don't usually need too . try this its really good!

Sorry Kraft, but try the Campbell's One Dish Chicken and Rice bake. You can find it online. My 2 year old LOVES it. He eats everything on his plate when I make this.

Welcome to the community, auntnelskids2008. He's two, so a good way to get him interested again maybe isn't changing or adding recipes, though you certainly can do that! Try giving him a job and have him help you with dinner. He will be so excited and proud he won't be able to help but want to eat it.

Both of mine were like that; they wanted whatever we were having. =)

Welcome to the Kraftfoods community, auntnellskids2008. How picky is your son about the foods he eats? Does he eat the same foods you fix for yourself?
