I would cut that marinade with some chix stock or the chicken will cook itself like ceviche if it marinates too long.

The marinade you posted sounds really good. I like the citrusy flavors with chicken. I'll have to give this one a try!

That sounds sort of harsh to me. Plus marinating chicken in all that acid probably isn't a great idea.

I like to marinade chicken breasts in 2 cups orange juice, 1 chopped red onion, and 2 or 3 teaspoons of cayenne pepper.

Chicken marinade

Ok friends, I'm looking for a really REALLY good chicken marinade. I'm thinking a sweet and savory marinade.

My husband and I are competetive BBQ cookers and have a cook-off coming up soon... I'm bored with our current recipe and would like to try something new.

If anyone has any really great sweet & savory marinade recipes for Chicken I'd truly be greatful.
