Chef salads travel well, so do hard boiled eggs.

Do you have access to a microwave? If not, buy a thermos. My "spousal equivalent" works construction and has no access to a nuker and he just LOVES his thermos I got him because he can have hot food at work. You can heat up anything and pop it in your thermos. Soup, pastas, I've even done hot dogs in boiling water, put them in the thermos and pour some of the hot water in it. Those little things work wonders!

Lunch & Dinner Suggestions for Adult-HELP!!

I'm returning to school. I will leave home at 6 AM. In class from 8-10AM. Study group 11AM-1PM. Travel 26 miles by train to work. Work from 4-11PM (Dinner will be at 7PM.) Looking for a variety of meals. I have an insulated lunchbag.

HELP!!
