I also have a great Beef Tips w/ gravy recipe. Quick and easy. -2lbs. or so of beef stew meat - 1/4 c of flour -2tbsp of flour -3 c of water - 1pkg each of onion, brown, and mushroom gravy -Dredge the meat in the flour, and brown in the oil. Transfer to crockpot, adding 2c of water. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, until meat is tender. Next, combine the gravies, and remaining 1c of water in a small bowl, and add to crockpot, about 15-20 min, until thickened. Serve over egg noodles or w/ mashed potatoes.

I think I might need to make it again soon!!

just wondering if this would come out salty considering that cream of mushroom, onion soup mix, and 7 bouillon cubes already have salt?

Crockpot Ham
Place ham in crockpot and cover with apple juice (or cider). Cook on low 8-10 hours.
About 20 minutes before serving, make glaze:
1/2 c brown sugar 1 t dry mustard 1 t ground cloves enough hot juice to make glaze consistency
Place ham in baking dish and spread glaze over top. Add about 1 c of hot juice to bottom of dish and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes until glaze is set. Yum!

I take a roast and brown both sides in butter in a pan. Then add roast, 1 bottle of dark beer, 1 bottle of water (beer bottle full), and 1 package of onion soup mix into the slow cooker. Cook all day about 8-10 hours on low or 5-6 hours on high. Makes great leftovers too.
Also I do the roast covered in picante sauce and cook all day. When it's done put in a tortilla with lettuce, sour cream and cheese. Yum!

This is a great recipe, but instead of water I use beef broth. And instead of cream of mushroom soup I use golden cream of mushroom soup. The gravy is darker and thicker.

We like this all in one recipe because it tastes wonderful and I love it because it's easy.
Pour 3 cans French style green beans in your crock pot. Add 2 pounds country ham, you can get slices from the deli and cut them in strips or get the biscuit cuts from the meat section. Cut up one large onion and add two cans sliced mushrooms, no need to drain. Add 1 tbsp. steak seasoning, 2 tsp. soul seasoning, 1 tsp of garlic powder and one stick of butter. Cook over night and through the next day on low. It will be ready for supper.

>Comment from Chef Bill:
>>Here's a slowcooker recipe for your dinner that's sure to please. Hope you enjoy it!
>In a slow cooker place:
>2 lbs stew beef cut into 1" pieces >1 - 1 3/8 oz envelope dry onion soup mix >1 - 10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup >1/2 cup red wine >1 - 4oz can mushrooms (whole, sliced , stems and >pieces), your choice, drained >1/4 - cup Kraft Minute tapioca (optional)
>Stir thoroughly and cook on low 8-10 hours.
>Serve over noodles, boiled potatoes, or rice. >Serves about 4 >Enjoy!!
I've done the same thing for years. (except no tapioca or wine)
We love how it all tastes.
Sometimes for a different kick, I'll use the onion mix and half a pkg. of dry ranch dressing mix.
What's the purpose of the tapioca?
I'll be makin' this again soon.

Stacy's Mexican Chicken:
Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 cans of Nacho Cheese Condensed Soup
2 cans of 2% Milk(use the empty soup can for measuring)
1 can of mild/drained - Rotel
3 Green Onions(stems and all) chopped
Place chicken breasts in the crock-pot
In a bowl: Mix the soup - milk - rotel and onions together.
Pour over chicken.
I sprinkle in (to your taste) Salt - fresh cracked black pepper - garlic powder - dried cilantro - and cumin.
Turn to High and cook 5-6 hours.
I either serve on rice or noodles.
