Canned green beens

They're soggy because of the moisture. I saw Alton Brown make beef jerky once and you need to take the moisture out of that too. He used furnace filters and put the beef on there then strapped it to a fan. I'm not sure but this might work for beans too. Good luck!

I would think that baking them at a very high temperature would do it. Also, make sure that when you drain your beans from the can, you swirl them around in your lettuce spinner for several minutes. That will make sure that you've gotten all the water out.

Canned green beens

I stir-fried a can of green beans with a little bit of soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Came out great except the green beans are fairly soggy. Is there anyway to get canned green beans dry/crisp?
